Flanges & Insulating flange joints

Flanges are widely used in various branches of production and building industry. Flanges are used for mounting to the process piping of various equipment.

Slip-on and weld neck flanges supplied by Exforma are designed to connect pipelines with nominal pressure from 6 kgf/cm2 to 160 kgf/cm2 and are used in energetic, chemical, oil, gas and other industrial branches.

Our flanges are used by many companies. Among them are "Gazprom" and "Rosgazificaziya". Increased strength and durability are the main advantages of our flanges.

All flanges have relevant certificates and permissions.

Flanges & Insulating flange jointsInsulating flange joint is a part of pipeline system that is designed to protect gas regulating device from the impact of electrochemical corrosion. Since large amount of pipes are laid underground, the issue of electrochemical impact is an acute problem for those who operates these systems.

Insulating flange joint is a robust and tight connection of two sections of pipeline which prevents the current passage along the pipeline by means of electro-insulating gasket and bushes.

The insulating flange connection consists of three flanges. As a seal-insulator there is a gasket Ilma based on thermally expanded graphite applied. Flange joint is provided with pins which are isolated from the flange by PTFE bushes. To connect electrical measuring instruments there are three screws in the insulating flange joint.

Our flanges and flange joints have significant advantages and benefits in comparison with similar products:
- there are thermally expanded graphite flange gaskets retaining their properties in the range from -250 to +450°C used;
- resistance of the joint to the hostile environment including chemical one;
- resistance to ageing and embrittlement due to the absence of glue and adhesive materials;
- contemporary design.
