Producing pressure reduction cabinets manufacturing and trading company "Exforma" uses powder painting that allows to reach long period of lifetime of paints and coatings. The process of painting with powder paint is usually shorter than using the liquid paints of hot drying. Since there is no solvent, hold period for thinner's preliminary evaporation is not required.

The gas regulating plants reduce gas from high or medium pressure to the demanded and automatically maintain outlet pressure in the prescribed limits regardless of inlet pressure and gas flow changes within gas supply systems of houses, municipal buildings and industrial and agricultural objects as well as for-profit gas flow metering.


Type of climatic class is "У1" (from -40°C to +45°C as defined in the standard GOST 15150).

Gas regulating plants are applied to: pressure reduction cabinets, gas flow metering points, block gas control points, automated gas distribution stations.

Unique technologies

To reduce heat loss nanotechnology insulation is applied. Its layer on the body of the cabinet is not thicker than 1 mm, that is why our cabinets are more energy intensive, thus it reduces their mass and dimensions.


The operating principle of heat-insulating material "KORUND"

Uniqueness of insulating properties of "KORUND" results from intensive molecular impact of rarefied gas (vacuum) located in the hollow microspheres. Of course, vacuum is the best heat conductor. There are almost 80% of vacuum-treated microspheres in heat-insulating coatings of "KORUND".

"KORUND" has the following properties:

- "KORUND" adhesion to metal, plastic and propylene is perfect, so the surface is isolated from water and air;

- it effectively reduces heat loss as well as increases the corrosion protection;

- coating layer of 1 mm thick provides the same insulation properties as 50 mm of roll isolation or brickwork of 1-1,1 brick thick;

- it does not create an extra load on the supporting structures;

- it is an isolation coating that does not sustain combustion;

- it is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and contains no harmful volatile organic compounds;

- it has all Russian certification.


Also the second type of heat insulation is possible:

Up-to-date heat insulation with help of K-Flex material.

The usage of up-to-date materials for heat insulation allows to improve production processes and to minimize heat loss, thus reducing expenses.

(46) To improve accuracy and reach high precision of manufacturing and tailoring the frame elements the up-to-date bending equipment is applied. This allows to minimize gaps. Also it is possible to produce construction frame elements by bending. Thanks to rejecting usage of profile (angle and pipe), plant's cost is reduced. Minimization of welds number leads to the minimization of corrosion occurrence. As a result there is improvement of paint and coatings and increasing of its lifetime.


Producing pressure reduction cabinets manufacturing and trading company "Exforma" uses powder painting that allows to reach long period of lifetime of paints and coatings. Instead of this, the elements painted by powder can be sent immediately into the oven, thus it saves time of producing the plant. Using the powder paints the better adhesion and corrosion resistance of surface than of polymer coating are reached.


Pressure reduction cabinets with built-in telemetry

The technology of using telemetry complexes is adopted by our company. The information from pressure reduction cabinets provided with telemetry complex can be displayed on control point via wireless GPRS or CSD connection.

LLC "Exforma" produces pressure reduction cabinets fitted with telemetry or remote control systems capable of following characteristics:

1. Collection and processing of the monitored parameters and equipment state of gas reduction cabinet:

- inlet/outlet pressure;

- pressure difference at filter;

inlet/outlet gas temperature;

safety valve on-off position;

gas flow metering unit reading;

temperature control inside the pressure reduction cabinets;

control of unauthorized access to the pressure reduction cabinet of "friend-or-foe" type;

management of executive mechanisms of "open / close" type.

2. Information exchange with the upper level computer (control panel) via wireless connection of GSM 900/1800 standard of GPRS (main) and CSD (back-up), using the services of two service providers (2 SIM cards installation), using of satellite communication channel.

3. External devices connection: smart meters for RS-232 and RS-485 or PC.


4. R-usablebuilt-in battery allows working offline up to 5 years with the possibility of charging as well as working from 220V.

Telemetry complex is placed inside the pressure reduction cabinet technological unit and has blast resistant design. Type of blast resistance is 1EXd [ib] IIB T5 or 2 Ex ic ib IIB T5. Temperature range is from -40 to +50°C at a relative humidity of 90% at 20° C.

Independent telemetry complex operates in different modes: active, energy efficient, energy efficient with availability via GSM channel. The maximum lifetime of the power supply is reached at energy efficient mode.

Feedback is carry out in the following cases:

- there is emergency response of any of the connected sensors program settings;

- in given period of time;

- when requested from the control panel.

Telemetry complex polling settings and emergency sets are configured during adjustment work and can be changed from the control panel.

Built-in support for standard protocols (OPC) provides integration of complex into any information systems.

Control systems of gas supply network objects' functioning allow the following:

- to monitor and control geographically dispersed gas facilities

- to automate facilities that are lack of electric supply;

- to improve the reliability of gas supply systems operation;

- to reduce labour costs for periodic technical service of remote objects.


This equipment has all enabling documentation for its application in gas distribution systems in Russia and in the "near abroad".

Remote signalling system isbased on the following equipment:

Fire alarms;

Security alarm system;

Smoke detection;

Signalling of excess/fall of pressure reduction cabinet physical properties;

Signalling of PZK, RDK (main and backup lines) handle position.


Also telemetry system includes elements of remote control system such as remote control of electric drives of ball valves, gates etc. This effectively helps to prevent the occurrence of emergencies. The telemetry system is installed by qualified personnel and high-quality materials that insures reliable efficiency of all system during operation.


Control systems of gas supply network objects' parameters allow the following:

·to localize control of gas supply remote objects at the sole control panel;

·significantly reduce the costs of periodic control and maintenance of remote objects.

·to automate objects without using electricity;

·to provide the control over parameters of the equipment and, as a consequence, to improve the reliability and safety of operation of gas distribution networks, prevent the occurrence of abnormal and emergency situations and to minimize their consequences;
