Block gas regulating points

Block gas regulating points (PGB) reduce gas from high or medium pressure to the demanded and automatically maintain outlet pressure in the prescribed limits regardless of inlet pressure and gas flow changes, automatic shut-off the gas supply when the values increasing as well as for-profit gas flow metering.

PGBs are used in gas supply systems.

PGB operating conditions correspond to the ambient class U1 (HL1) according to Russian standard GOST 15150 at ambient temperature from -40 to +60°C.

Block gas regulating points

Block gas regulating point is a metal box trimmed in non-combustible sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation. Panel thickness is chosen depending on the outdoor and indoor air according to the technological calculations based on the conditions of the operational area.

Moreover, Exforma produces prefabricated modular buildings as well as single-block points. This allows placing the large-size gas equipment with nominal pipeline diameter 400 mm and more in the buildings meeting modern aesthetic requirements of architecture.
Fire resistance class of the building - III, class of structural fire hazard according to the Russian building code SNiP21-01-97 "Fire safety of buildings and structures."

Our Factory delivers:

• a set of all necessary buildings and gas equipment;
• a full range of products and materials required for installation
• all equipment is delivered in blocks that simplifies installation process.
Upon request, PGB can be produced in the following versions:
• with two reduction lines (main and back up);
• with three or more reduction lines;
• with series-connected regulators including multi-stage pressure expansion;
• using monitor-regulator RDP;
• with different combination of regulators on type and gas flow;
• with reduction lines set up on different values of outlet pressure;
• with a system of automatic regulation and control of parameters.

PGB inlet gas pressure - up to 1.2 MPa (12 kg/cm2)
AGDS performance (gas flow) - up to 150 000 m3/h or more depending on PGB type.
Nominal inside diameters of input and output pipelines are selected based on the required capacity of PGB from DN 50 to DN 700.

Gas flow meter is produced in accordance with Russian "Guidelines on Metrology".
PGBs can be produced with one or two (three) purification lines.

Also PGBs can consist of the following separate boxes:
• technological;
• heating (designed for boiling equipment);
• telemetry and instrumentation boxes.
• there is natural ventilation in a box providing triple air exchange per hour. Air flow is performed via the holes with ventilation louvered grille. In its turn, extract ventilation is performed by deflectors installed on the roof.
